Overall, my stay was excellent — the home was welcoming, clean, and very comfortable. I really appreciated the warm hospitality and the care that went into making everything feel inviting. For future improvement, just a few things to share: the TV in the master room wasn’t working, the kitchen power went off a few times, and the neighbors seemed a little watchful, so we felt we had to be extra quiet — especially with kids and the pool. These were minor worries and didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. I would happily recommend your place to others and look forward to staying again in the future. This property is in a great neighborhood. Very clean and quiet. The house is in excellent condition. I would definitely rent this place again.

I rented the house weeks ahead for 2 days to attend my daughter’s graduation. The house was lovely but the process was a big hassle. Just to get the code to enter, I had to go through hoops. They required a ton of waivers and documents signed. I had to upload pictures of myself and ID cards, etc. It was very clunky because the links they provided didn’t work so I had to request access over and over and finally, an hour or so before my stay I got the process finished. They kept texting me off the hook during my events with random info, then calling me to tell me service workers were coming to the house. We had a full schedule with the graduation, receptions, & celebrations so it was a pain. At one point they asked that we go back to the house to move our parked car so a pool guy could use the gate. They interrupted our celebration dinner to tell me their pool repair guy was coming over. We were very busy, so I appreciated when they sent a message saying that if I wanted late check out that was an option. I replied saying we would need the late check out because we had a late night. Unfortunately they responded the morning of, saying it was not an option. I woke up to find we had 1/2 hour to get everyone showered and packed because their cleaners were coming. I let them know we would be as fast as we could. And managed to get out of there by 11:30. Then I got a message saying we were being charged 100 because we sat in the car organizing our things. Ruined our time
